pain pain...arrh....my whole body hurts,the coach is really goin down on us...yesterday i was late for training cuz of the CMC thing so quickly eat then run(i regretted eating) after 10 rounds of full court i felt a burning feeling in my stomach maybe its bec haven digest prperly then run le...after doing stretches,had to do layups with girls,easy squezzez,cuz got alot of girls then our seniors ask us to do at another court,300 TIMES,can u imagine 300 layups!!!!!finish le but its not the end....after water break,we ahd to run for 1/2 an hour oh but its not that simple u have to sprint at one part.....so its like slowing down and speeding and then slowing down again heart will pain u know ...finish le i feel like vomitting...then we had to gether and pair up....i choose che wei la so first one is imust do 20 pushups and he has to do shuttle run 20 laps then once finish we swap...we did for like 10 sets,after that we must do wheel barrow....i go on push up position and the other guy carry my legs and and i use my hands to move forward...now hands got blisters...still haven finish?then must do piggy bag very pain sia...le will cramp if u dun put ur legs at a right position...after that coach ask to warm down then can go back le but mr billy say go train somemore!!!!wa lao so after training,shoot somemore hoops then warm down le then go home,felt pain everywhere in my mentally and physically reach home lay down and slept....... |
